Refund Policy

At BlueRock Advisors LLP, we strive to provide high-quality consulting and advisory services tailored to your business needs. Please read this policy carefully, as it outlines your rights and obligations regarding refunds for services purchased from us.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds will only be considered in the following cases:

  • If there is a clear and demonstrable deficiency in the service provided, which significantly deviates from the agreed scope of work.
  • If BlueRock Advisors LLP is unable to deliver the agreed service due to internal constraints or unforeseen circumstances.

2. Non-Refundable Conditions

Refunds will not be entertained under the following circumstances:

  • A change of mind after making the payment for the service.
  • If substantial work has already been completed and shared with the client.
  • If the refund request is raised beyond 30 days from the date of service purchase or completion, whichever is earlier.
  • If the client chooses to discontinue the service midway through an engagement.

3. Alternative Service Adjustment

If a refund request is not eligible, BlueRock Advisors LLP may, at its discretion, allow the paid amount to be adjusted towards an alternative service of equivalent value.

4. Refund Process

  • If the refund request is approved, the client will be notified via email.
  • The refund process may take a minimum of 15 business days to reflect in the client’s bank account.
  • All refunds will be processed through the original mode of payment.
